I was never a small girl but had always been fit and healthy due to being a dancer. In 2012 I fell pregnant with my first son Elijah and stacked on a hefty 35kgs!! Then 5 months after that (and with no baby weight lost) I fell pregnant with our second son Noah and gained another 15kgs!
A whole 50kg gain in two years absolutely devastated me, I started wearing daggy clothes, not wanting to go out I became depressed and felt like a failure but still during all of this choose chocolate and the couch instead of healthy food and exercise.
Through Noahs pregnancy I stumbled across Lose Baby Weight by chance and was amazed by the progress everyone was posting. I sat there talking myself out of joining and giving every reason why I couldn’t be like the other mums.

Our son Elijah had 3 strokes during his birth and was left with cerebral palsy. We were told he would never walk but one day out of the blue he got up off the floor and started to walk. That was the turning point for me. If a little boy could overcome a major milestone like this and defy his doctors, than I could get my fat butt off the couch and start changing my life.
That day I found my local consultant and ordered some smoothies. I will never forget that day as it was the first day of the new me. At the end of August I wad 150kgs with Lose Baby Weight today I’m standing proud at 135kgs (with a long journey ahead) 15kgs and 62cms GONE!!
