Janet Cook lost 20kg on our Lose Baby Weight plans and now over 7 months later, Janet has some great news.
Not only did Janet maintain her weight loss results over this time, but she now also 4 month’s pregnant which is fantastic news for Janet and her family!
Here is Janet’s update
“It’s been just over a year now since I started with the Lose Baby Weight plans and lost 20kg. I reached my goal weight of 65kg in July 2013 and 7 months later I am happy to say I weigh 66kg.
I continued with a daily healthy mummy smoothie and regular meals from the 28 day plan and website, which have helped me maintain my weight loss. I also continue to be active, evolving this from long walks when my son was little, to short bursts and being active throughout the day now that he is older and less willing to stay in the pram too long.
I am currently pregnant with baby # 2 and I’m very interested to see if my pregnancy weight gain is different this time around, now that I have all the tools from Lose Baby Weight.
Unfortunately I suffered severe morning sickness up until very recently and this meant I ate whatever would stay down. Now that has finally subsided I have returned to a healthy diet during the day and Lose Baby Weight meals most nights.
Being pregnant I won’t be keeping track of calorie intake or be concerned with kilos gained, but I am focussed on nutrition and feeding my body and baby what it needs. I’ll continue to use the tools from LBW, including having a healthy mummy smoothie as a daily snack on top of healthy meals and snacks from Lose baby Weight website and plan.
I have no apprehension about losing my baby weight second time around. When I’m ready, I know I’ll have everything I need from Lose Baby Weight plans.
Janet Cook xx”
