I started my journey on 30 January by just cutting portion sizes, cutting out soft drinks and cutting out refined sugar.
It was around February that a good friend added me to The Healthy Mummy Facebook Page. I just sat back and watched all the amazing posts and results!
Just when I was saving to sign up, my babies’ father and I split, and that was when my eating went downhill again, but the other way, to the point I was only eating once a day! That was it, I wasn’t about to undo what I had already started, so I took the plunge and signed up to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Challenge!!
I have learnt so much in the last 2 months using the challenge and I am so grateful!!
I meal PLAN and PREP every week! Which is something, honestly, I used to think was a waste of time! Now I have so much MORE time for my kids and LESS waste in my fridge!!
I’m a completely different person than I was 6 months ago, even 1 month ago! I’m healthier, happier, more energized and back to my fun (selfie queen) self!
I have lost a total of 22.5kgs and 4 dress sizes so far.. and have 17 to go, or size 10. Whichever comes first!
My starting weight was 114.5kg, I’m now 92.0, and my goal weight is 75.0kg.
