Jacki loves her new found motivation and the support she’s received from all the other mums participating in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
In her first Challenge she’s lost 5.3kgs. Having the other mums there to give advice and assistance makes following the healthy eating diet plans and exercise routines so much more achievable.
lose_baby_weightNovember was my first Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, and it is also the first time I have ever successfully lost weight. 
It makes it easy to follow a plan when your told what exercises to do and what meals to eat. Everything is done and made easy for you. The meals were simple, the exercises I could do from home and I constantly had access to motivational tools, in particular the other Mummies doing the Challenge!
I’ve never really been someone to stick to healthy eating and I was someone who had always drunk soft drink through the day and had snacked on chocolate. At the start of the Challenge I set myself a pledge and that was to eliminate soft drink from my lifestyle. I can successfully say not one drop of soft drink was had!.
best_ways_to_lose_weightOne of the biggest things that helped me was having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies for breakfast, so many delicious recipes and once again so quick and easy and they kept me feeling full!
In total I lost 5.3kgs and 18.5cms. Now I’m feeling better about myself and my body just before Christmas! Now when anyone makes a comment ‘try The Healthy Mummy’ can’t come out of my mouth quick enough!
