Today we have a new Motivating Mum to introduce – Kat Brown.
Kat is one busy mama with 4 children to look after, but she is determined to eat well and lose weight in a safe and healthy way with the Lose Baby Weight plans. We know you can do it Kat!
‘Hi, my name is Kat and I am a full time mum with 4 kids under 5, my youngest being 6 months old. Like most of you I have a very busy life!
Before having our first baby I was very slim. After my 4 pregnancies I had put on 19kg.
I have lost a few kilograms myself but definitely not enough to boost my already very low self-esteem.
It had gotten to a point that even my relationship with my husband was suffering.


Since starting on the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan and Healthy Mummy Smoothies I have lost an amazing 6kg.
I love the healthy mummy smoothies in the morning, I have a chocolate-coffee one and they give me so much extra energy to help me tackle my day of looking after the kids, the property, the housework and school runs.
My first night I sat down to eat my dinner of STEAK! YUM! And so easy! I was hooked!
I hopefully will be able to inspire at least one mummy out there as so many mums have done for me and fingers crossed it will help keep me on track too!
My goal for the month of July is to lose 8kg, which will get me well on my way to a healthy BMI.
One of my goals for this week will be to have at least one walk of 30mins.
I also want to try some core exercises from the website.
And my biggest goal for this week is to stay on track as my husband is home for the first time since I started Lose Baby Weight.
My current stats are:

  • Weight: was 74kg now 68kg
  • Bust: was 98cm now 90cm
  • Waist: was 94cm now 77cm
  • Hips: was 119cm now 97cm
  • Thighs: was 69cm now 66cm
