Strawberry Slushy Smoothie

Blend all ingredients on high for 2-3 mins and then enjoy with a spoon!!

Strawberry & Spinach Super Smoothie

Spinach is such a fantastic addition to any smoothie giving you a boost of nutrients including protein, fibre, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, calcium, magnesium and more, but what makes it so good for weight loss is the high fibre content.strawberry_spinach_super_smoothie

  • 250ml Light Milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1tbsp Oats
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries

Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely combined then enjoy!
