The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.
Strawberry Slushy Smoothie
Perfect for those warmer days. Made with Strawberries that are full of dietary fibre and low in calories making them the perfect addition to your smoothie.
- 250ml Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 8 Frozen Strawberries
- 6 Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients on high for 2-3 mins and then enjoy with a spoon!!

Strawberry & Spinach Super Smoothie
Spinach is such a fantastic addition to any smoothie giving you a boost of nutrients including protein, fibre, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, calcium, magnesium and more, but what makes it so good for weight loss is the high fibre content.
- 250ml Light Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 handful of Spinach
- 1tbsp Oats
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 5 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely combined then enjoy!

- 1 sml Banana
- 1/4 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1 tsp Oats
Blend all ingredients on high for 2-3 mins

- Juice half a Lemon
- 1 handful of Baby Spinach
- 1/2 a small Peach
- 1/4 of Green Pear
- 1/4 Avocado
- 5 ice cubes
Blend of high until all ingredients are well combined and then enjoy!
