The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.

The Pretzel Smoothie

This smoothie is a very indulgent smoothie that uses the Healthy Milo recipe from the webiste that is packed full of vitamins and nutrients

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 80ml Almond & Coconut Milk
  • 220ml Coconut Water
  • 1 tbs Tasheena’s healthy Milo
  • 10g Pretzels
  • 7 Ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until well combined
Serves 1

Berrynana Smoothie

This smoothie is packed full of fibre, meaning it will help to keep you fuller for longer! You can read more about the importance of fibre while losing weight here

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 2 tbsp strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Ice 

Blend well for 2-3 mins and enjoy

Sweet Coconutty Melon Smoothie

This smoothie is packed full of healthy fats, nutrients and fibre making it the perfect addition to your healthy eating plan

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1/2 cup rockmelon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 2tbsp oats

Blend all ingredients on high until very well combined. If you would like an extra treat, dont blend as long and enjoy little caramel tasting pieces in your smoothie

Berry Swirl Smoothie

• 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie – Strawberry
• 1 tspn Maca Powder
• 1/2 Banana
• 1/2 cup strawberries
• 1/4 cup blueberries
• 250mL Unsweetend Almond & Coconut milk
• 1 tspn Chia Jam swirled in glass

Blend all ingredients well on high for 2-3 mins.
While the blender is going swirl the Chia Jam around the sides of your glass.
Poor in your smoothie once blended well and enjoy!

Chia Jam Smoothie

This smoothie interoperates the delicious and nutritious Chia Berry Jam. Chia seeds are very good for you and you can read more about them here

  • 300ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 9 icecubes
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 3 teaspoons cacoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia jam
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Blend for 2-3 mins until well combined, top with extra coconut if you like
