Choc Coconut Smoothie
Coconut has many health benefits. It is high in fibre which helps to keep your digestive system at its best. It also contains protein, iron and Vitamin C and is a fantastic extra to add into your daily Healthy Mummy Smoothie.
- 250ml of Choc Soy Milk ( or milk of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- A Sprinkle of Coconut
Blend for 2-3 Mins until well combined

Banana Mango Smoothie
Bananas are also packed with dietary fibre, containing 11% of your recommended daily allowance in one serving. Dietary fibre helps to keep your bowel movements regular, as you cannot digest it and so your body needs to get rid of it. You can read more about Bananas here.
- 250 ml Almond and Coconut Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 Cup frozen Mango
- 1/2 a Frozen Banana
Blend on high for 2-3 mins and enjoy!

- 100 mls Water

- 2 Tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Tbsp Oats
- 4 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Ice
Blend on high for 2-3 mins until well combined and enjoy!

- 1 Tbsp Oats
- 1 Apple- chopped and cored
- 4 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Blend all ingredients on high until well combined and enjoy!
