
Chia Seeds have been included in this recipe and chia is a great source of calcium, magnesium and potassium.
These bliss balls can be made in bulk and frozen making them the ultimate grab and go snack!
Ingredients
- 200g pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon coffee
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 weetbix
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for rolling)
Method
- Process all ingredients minus chia seeds in food processor
- Roll in seeds and refrigerate or freeze
Serves 10
