Hannah has been following the healthy eating diet plans with Lose Baby Weight and has lost 15kgs. She finds the plans one of the best ways to lose weight as the recipes, meal plans and smoothies are easy to include in her lifestyle.
I have always been a bigger person but after my daughter was born I ate emotionally without realising it and before I knew it I had gained 15kg.
It wasn’t until my 21st birthday 3 years later when I saw a picture of myself did I realise how much weight I had actually gained. I then started exercising and lost a little bit of weight but could never eat the right foods.
When my son was born 7 months ago I was at my heaviest of 120kg and knew I couldn’t be this person anymore, I needed a lifestyle change so my kids had a good example and also so I could gain back my confidence.
When I first started my Lose Baby Weight journey I just used the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and had them every morning for breakfast. I soon became addicted to their delicious taste and then I saw there was a promotion on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge so I decided to give it a try.
Once I joined and saw all the wonderful recipes, my whole day’s menu soon came from the 28 Day Challenge Recipe Hub. I found the recipes so delicious, easy to follow and with such variety I never craved any unhealthy food.
Since joining Lose BabyWeight I have lost 15kg and can’t wait to lose another 20kg with the help of the 28 day Challenges and Healthy Mummy Smoothies.
