“Hi Lose Baby Weight, here is my smoothie recipe of the week entry with pic!
This is my mocha frappe’ smoothie! I struggle without my morning coffee so this is what I do.

  • 50ml of coffee – decaffeinated if you are not having caffeine
  • 200ml skim milk
  • Two scoops of chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • Lots of ice!

Whizz it up and you have a yummy mocha frappe’
