Michalea’s Free 100 Day Challenge is due to start on the 1st of January and here at Lose Baby Weight we like to give you as much information as possible so we have put together a FAQ for you all- Good luck to those that are taking part in the challenge, what a commitment you are all making to yourselves!
WHAT IS THE 100 DAY CHALLENGE?
The 100 Day Challenge is all about being healthy & active for 100 Days incorporating the Healthy Mummy Programs and Products.
It is a great motivational tool to keep you in track to your goals especially in the off month of the 28 Day Online Challenge
CAN I DO THE 100 DAY CHALLENGE INSTEAD OF THE 28 DAY CHALLENGE?
The 100 Day challenge incorporates the online 28 Day Challenge (you can sign up here) so you will still need to do the 28 Day Challenge.
IS IT ONLY ABOUT EXERCISING?
It isn’t purely about exercising, it is also about being eating healthy foods that nourish & energise your body. You can’t expect to eat junk all the time, then workout and get amazing results. You need to fuel your body in order for your body to reach its fullest potential
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The best part about the 100 Day Challenge is that it is completely FREE!
We will be using the Healthy Mummy programs/products however so if you are yet to purchase them it is best to do so, but trust me they are so worth the investment

WHAT DO I NEED?
We will be using:
- The 28 Day Online Challenges (for value for money you can’t go past a subscription for the 28 Day Challenges and as we will be using it in January as well as March it is best to have a subscription to have access)
- The 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan.
- The Healthy Mummy 96% Sugar Free Smoothies
- The Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy DVD (We will be using this on a regular basis 6 x a week and it is incredible for toning your body)
- The 3 Day Cleanse (available free for Challenge members, also available in the shop or in The Healthy Spring & Summer cookbook)
WHEN DOES IT START?
The 100 Day Challenge starts January 1st and will run to April 10th
WHERE DO I SIGN UP?
There are no official sign ups, it is all about making a commitment to yourself for 100 days to remain active. There will be daily check ins however to keep you motivated and on track
CHECK INS?
There will be daily check ins at 4pm each day to post your achievments for the day and this will be happening on the Private Facebook Support Group
There will also be weekly check ins to post your scale, cms, non scale victory results
Look for the headers ☆100 Day Challenge☆ or similar, I will also use a 100 Day Challenge banner photo so it is easier to spot
WHAT ARE ‘FEEL GOOD FRIDAYS’ ALL ABOUT?
‘Feel good Fridays’ are a day where you do somethibg especially for you to relax, pamper, treat yourself. It doesn’t have to expensive and infact expensive pampers are best suited for mini goal rewards rather than a ‘Feel Good Friday’.
Think more along the lines of a soak in a bubble bath, paint your nails, face mask, coffee scrub, a good book etc. Time out just for you, it is important to unwind/destress and give back to yourself and it also aids in weightloss and reducing tummy fat
WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL OCCASIONS?
The start of the year contains a lot of occasions from weddings to gatherings etc that we are not always in control of food and this is fine you can still jump on board the 100 day challenge, just remember before getting ready for any special occasions pop in a quick workout or walk etc as the main focus is veing active for 100 days. One day of indulging (in moderation) is fine
