Babes on the Run
We work those mummy muscles, redefine those curves and give you the information you need for lifelong health and fitness. We start you off slowly and reactivate your core whilst building your base fitness. As you progress, so does your program and each session is designed around the participants.
How are the courses structured – You book your attendance weekly in advance. There are no membership fees, cancellation fees or paying for sessions you won’t be able to attend.

Aqua Jetty Yummy Mummy
Yummy Mummy’s Fitness Classes are designed for mums who are either prenant or who’ve had their baby and want to bring their baby with them into the class.
In our class you’ll perform a huge variety of exercises ranging from lifting light weights, using fitballs, boxing for fitness, theraband workouts and more.
