Fit 2 Go is a provider of outdoor exercise training on the NW Coast of Tasmania. Fit2Go has designed fitness camps suitable for mothers post pregnancy. Once you have reached the safe 6 week mark post pregnancy and your doctor has given you the all clear Fit2Go can help you increase your strength and work on those problem areas associated with pregnancy especially lower abdominal and lower back weakness as well as lose weight gained during this period!
Classes are stroller friendly and able to cater for each mother’s individual needs. Sessions will increase in intensity but are appropriate and sensitive to your needs.
When: 2 sessions per week @ 10 – 11am for 5 weeks $130 (includes Fit2Go training shirt)
