Elizabeth Maintains Her Weight Loss

Elizabeth Gordon lost a whopping 38kg on the Lose Baby Weight Plans last year and now has lost 42kg, (you can read her story here) so we thought we would do a check in with her and see how she is going after she has lost her weight and how the maintenance is going – below is Elizabeth’s update!
“Hi Lose Baby Weight, I’ve lost my last 4kgs I wanted to loose so im actually a bit lighter then I was before my baby boy which I’m really happy about 🙂 and have now lost 42kg with Lose Baby Weight!
I’m concentrating now on toning and strength fitness so im having alot of  fun discovering a few new things and seeing my progress increase week by week at training.
Keep up the good work guys you are making a awesome difference to so many mums around the world 🙂

Q. How much weight did you lose on the lose baby weight plans?
A. since starting last year in april i have lost 42kgs!
Q. How many kids do you have?
A i have two children a girl whos 4 in may and a boy who just turned one
Q. What was the best thing about the Lose Baby Weight plans and smoothies?
A. they are realistic for people to stick to and the healthy mummy smoothies are quite reasonable in price and offer extra benefits of nutrition in them
Q. What is your top tip for other mums wanting to lose weight?
A. being consistant with your goals and try to challenge yourself with your fitness to keep your body working hard at loosing the weight
Q. Have you kept the weight off?
A. yes 🙂 between xmas i was fluctuating abit between 1-3kgs but thats normal for me
Q. Would you recommend lose baby weight to other mums?
A. of course!! i always do 🙂

A. i love the tips and support lose baby weight email to me also,and having a network on facebook is great! the more support the more success woman will have at loosing the weight 🙂
