Hi Lose Baby Weight
An entry and update of my current weight loss journey after using the healthy mummy products and lose baby weight plans.
Geeee I’ve come so far and was able to keep the 22kg weight off that I have lost on the lose baby weight plans.
With Xmas, new year and a big move over the past few months, I was worried that I’d put on weight. But I was consistent with healthy eating, using both the healthy mummy smoothies and recipes from the summer cook book and 28 day plan. I’m still using the healthy mummy exercise DVD as well.

My goal now if not focus on the number on the the scales especially now that I don’t have access to any. My focus now is to tone up.
The DVD helps me with that plus the other exercises that I add in. I love the challenges 🙂 push me a bit to go further. I can feel my body changing, arms toner, legs tighter and hopefully I’ll lose the overhang – and love this advice on it here.
