Here is delicious dairy free healthy mummy smoothie from this morning (unfortunately Spring has brought with it Hayfever and colds in our house so no milky drinks for me today).

  • 1 x cup of the Tetley “Pick Me Up” Forest Fruits Tea and let cool
  • 2 x tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy mix
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 x kiwi fruit
  • Lots of ice
