We currently have a new working at our Manly office in Sydney NSW.
The role will be working as part of the Customer Service team on the Healthy Mummy brand on our Lose Baby Weight site and our Healthy Mummy site.

Role – Customer Service Representative

Joining a dynamic and young business (5 years old) which is the fastest growing niche weight loss company created just for mums.
The candidate must have the passion and desire to make a difference and also have a genuine interest in health, food or fitness. You can see what we have coming up here too
The job roles involves

  • Answering customer questions via email, phone and instant chat
  • Providing excellence in customer service to all customers and potential customers
  • Problem solving customer issues to help them find the answers they need
  • Working with our wordpress sites, payment systems, CRM systems and customer success systems
  • Being high organised and customer focused
  • Working across all business assets including the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge & Healthy Mummy Smoothies

The person must

  • Have extensive experience of working within customer service
  • Be a problem solver
  • Be polite and helpful at all times
  • Be self motivated and good to work with
  • Want to make a difference in a small but fast growing company

Experience required

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience with Instant Chat
  • Be proficient in the digital space
  • Previous experience working on an online brand
  • Experience either within the mums demographic or weight loss field

Salary – $40 – $50k depending on experience
