Here is a great way to jazz up an everyday fruit salad and take it to another taste level.
By adding the goodness of LSA and chia seeds, you are not only adding valuable nutrition to the plate – you are also adding a delicious crunch!

Coconut milk is a heart healthy way to add a bit of tropical flavour to the fruit salad, though you can simply subsitute your favourite natural or Greek yoghurt if you prefer.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chopped fruit (we used pineapple, strawberries, apple and banana)
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp coconut milk OR fat free Greek yoghurt
Method:
- Place the chopped fruit into a bowl.
- Top with the fresh mint leaves, LSA and chia seeds.
- Drizzle with coconut milk or yoghurt to serve.
Serves: 1. Calories per serve: 234.
