healthy_eatingWhen you are trying to lose weight but really fancy a sweet treat after dinner, you can’t go past the goodness of fresh fruit.
Here is a great way to jazz up an everyday fruit salad and take it to another taste level.
By adding the goodness of LSA and chia seeds, you are not only adding valuable nutrition to the plate – you are also adding a delicious crunch!
You can read more about LSA and chia seeds here, including their health benefits and how to use them in your cooking.
Coconut milk is a heart healthy way to add a bit of tropical flavour to the fruit salad, though you can simply subsitute your favourite natural or Greek yoghurt if you prefer.

  • 1 cup of chopped fruit (we used pineapple, strawberries, apple and banana)
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
