I thought I’d put in an update from my last before and after!
Last check in I had lost 8kgs with the amazing Healthy Mummy Smoothies and Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plan.
I started not too long after I had my second baby, Alex, who is now two. I’ve incorporated the principles of Lose Baby Weight into my daily life and have lost around 17kgs, maintaining the weight loss over that time. Initially I wanted to lose the weight I gained with Alex but it turned into a lifestyle change.
I still have a Healthy Mummy Smoothie every now and again, they are great on busy mornings when I don’t have time to sit down for breaky. I can take it with me, and they taste fantastic!
I smashed my first goal (that I never thought I’d get to!) and would like to lose another 4 or 5 kgs, which is where the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges will be fantastic!
Lose Baby Weight has been amazing! It’s changed my body and my mind, and I can’t thank Rhian enough for the support, information and motivation she offers to us daily.
