In the USA, D.C. Jarvis, M.D has said that as a general rule, from numerous observations, he found that a woman of average height, weighing 95kgs will weigh 81kgs after 2 years if she takes 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with meal.

What about the taste?

The taste may take some getting used to and some people really can’t stand the taste of it – even when diluted in water. You can improve the taste of this drink dramatically by mixing in a little bit of honey or vegetable juice instead of plain water.
It’s best to chose an apple cider vinegar that contains the ‘mother’ which means it is raw and unfiltered and contains the most health benefits.
