I just wanted to send in and share a recipe and my little story that I have journeyed on whilst on this great post pregnancy healthy eating and breastfeeding safe diet plan
I have been on the healthy mummy smoothies for just over two weeks now and have lost 2.5Kgs and would you believe after being told my lil 10 week old was “failing to thrive ” at six weeks of age due to poor weight gain I can quiet happily say now he is gaining over 500grams a fortnight with my increased breast milk from the smoothies
The change is not only my energy levels but the difference in my little boy which is so satisfying as I was very close to giving up breastfeeding as my milk wasn’t enough for him… – thank you soo much I recommend your diet to everyone xxx

Choc banana muffin shake
  • 2Tbsp chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 2Tbsp rolled oats
  • 2Tbsp mixed crushed nuts
  • Half a banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 200mls almond milk
  • half a cup of ice

blend it all together and so yummy……
