And below is an update and Q&A on her weight loss maintenance to see how she is now going after her fantastic health and weight loss results – and it is great to see Charmaine looking so well!!

Charmaine’s Update

Q. How much weight did you lose on the lose baby weight plans?
A. I’m still losing weight, I’m 66.5kg now almost at my goal so I’ve lost nearly 25kg since my son was born 🙂 I’m so much happier healthier and fitter, but not 100% happy yet long way to go
Q. How many kids do you have?
A  I have two children aged 2.5yrs and 13 months. It’s hard sometimes especially when they are teething to try and find food they will actually eat but that’s toddlers I suppose.
Q. What was the best thing about the Lose Baby Weight plans and smoothies?
A. How it fits into my life! I don’t do much structured exercise like the gym as we can’t afford the cost or juggling it around two kids so I walk and do mini work outs at home. A little each day helps and my two little ppl make great weights and they think its fun 🙂 I’m also playing netball again which makes me feel like me again! And I feel lighter than when I last played 3.5 years ago 🙂 that’s the best feeling!
And the Healthy Mummy smoothies are great to kick start that weight loss and when you are short on time and taste so good.
The biggest thing that’s getting to me ATM is finding clothes that fit! Haha I’m in a size 10 bottom now almost size 10 top so I’m struggling plus I have no idea how to dress this body. Not much time or money for clothes shopping for myself here.
I always say to ppl be open to try new things but change little things at a time coz you’ll get overwhelmed, but do change as obviously it’s not working. Your in charge of what goes into your mouth.
Q. What is your top tip for other mums wanting to lose weight?
A. It’s not a diet this is a new lifestyle for you and your family. Make the health food shop and section in supermarket and the local fruit veg shop and butcher your best friend. It’s not expensive to eat healthy. Just be organised.
Q. Have you kept the weight off?
A. Yes! I’m doing great! I’m not using the smoothies every day now as I wanted to see if I could maintain the lifestyle I now have. And I have 🙂 I am learning so much every day about what foods can provide what for you and the 28 Day Plan  and website has been great for that. I still use the smoothies when I’m super busy or for dinner sometimes if I’m running off to work.
Q. Would you recommend lose baby weight to other mums?
A. I have referred many other mums to these smoothies, and make it clear that’s what they are, smoothies not shakes. Yum!
