I am absolutely loving the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
I have been with The Healthy Mummy for a while now (and have lost 32kg) so I have used quite a few recipes from the recipe books and the website already so this challenge has bought a whole new range into my kitchen and we are ALL loving it!
I love how versatile the recipes are, I am able to chop and change the cuts of meat so it stays within our budget. I used chicken mince the other night instead of chicken breast as I had stocked up while that was on sale and the Sweet Mustard Chicken was freaking amazing!
The workouts are fabulous! Everything you can do on the lounge floor while you have a few spare minutes between loads of washing while bub is napping- no excuses!
The support on the private facebook page is lovely too. All of the mums are there to help each other and are able to bounce different ideas off one another regardless of where we are located.
Personally, my weight had plateaued for a little while but I am starting to FEEL different since starting the challenge, and I love it. All of the new food and workouts have given me a new motivation to smash these last few kgs 🙂
I cannot wait til the next challenge starts in November – bring it on!
