lose_baby_weight“Hi Lose Baby Weight, I just wanted to write in and tell you about my weight loss journey since losing my pregnancy weight on the Lose Baby Weight plans.
I had a baby girl on the 28th February 2012. I weighed 86.6kg when I went into hospital.
I initially lost 10kg in the first couple of weeks due to losing fluid and breastfeeding.
When I started the lose baby weight program I weighed 76.6kg. I had previously been this weight following my first child in 2010 and hadn’t managed to (or should I say didn’t really try) to shed the weight following her birth.
I began the weight loss journey when my baby was 7 weeks old. I started off fairly slowly with just some small jogs and light exercise as I had a c/section and I didn’t want to push too hard.
I started on the 28 day program and Healthy Mummy Smoothie (and loved it) and I lost 3.1kg in the first week. I was hooked!!!! (The healthy mummy smoothies had me from the word go!!! They are so yummy and so addictive)
I continued on this program and lost 6.6kg in the 28 days.
I am now at my goal weight of 64kgs and have been for 9 weeks. I have been able to maintain it which I am so happy about.
Don’t worry, I have had my fair share of ups and downs. I have had some bad eating days/weeks and also good ones. The best thing about the lose baby weight program is jumping back into the 28 day program and you can reboost your motiviation.
I think I have done the 28 day program twice now. I just pull my folder out and follow the meal plans, its so easy.
I am so grateful for this program as it has really helped me regain confidence, feel good about myself and make me a happier healthier mummy for my two little angels.
