Caitlin has been following the healthy eating diet plans and exercise routines from Lose Baby Weight since 2012 and is so happy with her total weight loss to date of 23.8kgs.
best_ways_to_lose_weightI first started on the Lose Baby Weight plans (28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan) back in July 2012. My starting weight was 90kg. By March 2013 I managed to get down to 66kg, before I fell pregnant for the second time. I gave birth in December 2013 and when the dust had settled on my pregnancy weight I was sitting at 90kg! (I felt like I was back at square one).
But this time I had my Lose Baby Weight knowledge and the confidence to know I could get back to a healthy weight. I started back on the plan with The Healthy Mummy Smoothies incorporated this time (only 1 per day, fave smoothie is without a doubt the Banana Fat Buster), and using lots of other recipes from the website (my fave is the Honey Sesame Chicken & the Lamb Shepherds Pie).  I go to the gym approximately 5 times per week, doing a range of different activities from boxing to spin to circuit training.
healthy_eating_recipesI’m now weighing in at 66.2 kg!! My ultimate goal is to get to 60kg which is why I am going to join the next 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge to give me an extra push.
I am so proud of where I am and I feel happy and healthy in my skin. Lose Baby Weight has stripped away my frumpy unhappy self and I honestly feel like a whole new mummy.
In the top photo split photo on the left, was the day I started Lose Baby Weight back in July 2012 (this photo snapped me into action) weighing 90kg. The picture on the right was taken this past weekend weighing in at 66.2kg. Just over 2 years difference plus another baby born.
The second photo on the left is just to show how big I was when my son was born (I was 100kg in that picture!!!!) and the photo on the right was taken in July 2014 and I was sitting at 69kg.
