Hi Ladies
I’m Bozana, a Lose Baby Weight Motivating Mum for July and mum to an energetic 30 month old girl. I started my post pregnancy weight loss journey a year ago when my daughter was 18 months old. I weighed 107kgs. This was the heaviest I had been ever been. I had constantly battled my weight my whole life. I had absolutely no energy and I was feeling very unfit and unwell all the time. I had high blood pressure and borderline thyroid problems that my doctor couldn’t work out!

After reading so many success stories on The Healthy Mummy website I ordered the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan and one of each of The Healthy Mummy Smoothie tubs. Most of the time I had a Healthy Mummy Smoothie for breakfast and a meal from the plan for lunch and dinner plus healthy snacks.
I followed the 28 Day Diet Plan quite strictly as I was very determined to get healthy. My initial exercise was mainly lots of walking as it was all I could do due to my fitness levels. Now I try to run every day so my exercise is much better. My food choices are not as good as they once were but that is all changing as of today!
After 8 months on the plan I had lost 42kg! I feel the best I have ever felt in a very long time and much healthier. I still followed the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan loosely as I am trying to maintain my weight at 65kgs. My ultimate goal is 60kg which I’d like to get as close as possible by my birthday in September.
Being a Lose Baby Weight Motivating Mum is inspiration to not give up when everything seems to get very difficult. It also shows how human all Mums are when trying to lose weight the right way.
The reason I’m a Motivating Mum this month is to get back on track and become accountable for my choices, after putting on almost 3kg since February. I have decided I want to be able to be in control of my healthy choices and remember why I started my journey in the first place. Along the way I would like to share the experience and learn from other magnificent Mums who want a healthier and fitter life as well.
