Bit chilly isn’t it?! Walking is a great way to warm up. I’ve been trying this routine : up, dry skin brushing, lemon water, dress and feed kiddies and eat my Winter Weight Loss Challenge breakfast and rug everyone up and out the door.
Five minutes later my blood is pumping and I’m needing to shed layers, the sun comes out and my toddler starts her personal trainer routine. She says ‘Ready to run?’ Ok I’m ready. ‘Ready, set, GO’. She loves it when I jog. She says ‘Mummy’s running! Mummy’s running’ When I get tired (just a few minutes in) I say ‘When can I stop?’ and my little peanut says ‘Aaaaand STOP’. Does interval training get cuter than that?! Speaking of interval training I have two lots to do tonight on challenge exercises and I’m looking forward to it!
It’s week 3 of the challenge and I’m excited. Had a nice number on the scales this morning and my waist is 3cms smaller- motivation to keep going. And the food. I love food!
