They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but for busy mums with kids to wake, clean, dress, feed and entertain, breakfast can also be one of the most difficult meals to make time for. Especially when trying to lose baby weight and fit in exercise.
Big hearty breakfasts are often too heavy for busy mornings and can feel like marathons to prepare. If you are after something quick, easy and seriously delicious why not try a smoothie bowl?
What’s a Smoothie Bowl?
A Smoothie Bowl is very similar to its namesake. Essentially it is a very thick, filling smoothie made with frozen fruit for thickness and natural sweetness with added fruit, oats or granola on top. Supplements and vitamins can be added to the mix to make smoothie bowls especially good for you.
Our Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix is designed for busy mums as a full meal replacement and is filled with vitamins and minerals. To learn more about the nutritional benefits and content of our Smoothie Mix click here.
