I know I have. The November 2015 28 day challenge marks a year of my Lose Baby Weight journey and I have enjoyed every single day of it.
I feel like every single challenge gets better and better, I feel like my confidence, self-worth, knowledge about food, strength and fitness just keeps growing.
I know that on Monday when I step on the scales I won’t have achieved those results I was hoping for (I have an ongoing love/hate relationship with the scales and literally a 2kg difference every single time I step on them.)
But for me that’s ok – Because I have achieved so much already and I am proud of how far I have already come. I am looking forward to taking my measurements.
I am looking forward to taking my progress photos because I can see the physical changes in my body. I am looking forward to continuing my journey to being the healthiest, happiest, fittest mum that I can be.
It is now summer- the Silly Season. The start of Summer BBQ’s, endless days on the beach, Christmas Parties, celebrating Christmas and New Year’s, a little too much alcohol and indulgence.

BUT…. This does not mean that you have gone off track, or should give up. One of the most important things I have learnt over the past year is balance. If you balance your good with your bad then it’s so much easier to stay on track.
I believe in having ‘naughty’ treats, I believe in enjoying life and celebrating. But I also try and make sure on days that I know are not going to go to plan I get some good exercise in to balance the good with the bad.
I feel 100% confident that this ‘Silly Season’ Lose Baby Weight will provide me with healthy alternatives to all those delicious Christmas and Party treats.
I feel 100% confident that my knowledge on food and exercise will help me get through the many family events, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and my two week holiday away without any guilt.
I am looking forward to starting 2016 with a bang! I believe it will be my healthiest year yet, working on losing my last 5kgs, increasing my fitness and enjoying living my new healthy lifestyle.
