I just wanted to say how much I LOVE the new Spring & Summer cookbook! Our favorite recipe is the warm beef salad which is amazing!
All the recipes are delicious and easy as always.
Also love the 3 day cleanse- such a great way to get back into healthy eating habits by giving your body a fresh start!

Dear Lose Baby Weight & Healthy Mummy Team
I just received my copy of the new Spring Summer cookbook from the Healthy Mummy team and I am so impressed.
Iâ€™m a picky eater but have found the recipes in this book are things I canâ€™t wait to eat.
The recipes are so easy to follow, thereâ€™s a great variety without it being too overwhelming and I especially love the Kids Recipes section with tips on how to involve the kids in the cooking and preparation.
I am also impressed with the 3 Day Cleanse as itâ€™s not an extreme cleanse like you come across nowadays.
Itâ€™s realistic and very doable. I plan on doing this once a month like suggested.
What a great family friendly cookbook!

“Just wanted to share my results from the 3 Day Cleanse I completed yesterday. Today was my weigh in day and I am gobsmacked! 1.2 kg down and 12 cm gone! Plus my BMI dropped .4
I am speechless! My aim from the cleanse was to clean out my body from the junk I had when unwell. I was not expecting such a loss. Obviously my body needed it!
