I LOVE the new spring/summer family friendly cookbook.
It has lots of great recipes that I have already used (below is a picture of the kebabs I made).
The pictures of the meals and smoothies are gorgeous and love that it has kids meals and vegetation meals and lots of smoothie recipes and great information.

It’s jam packed with easy to understand information, gorgeous photography and fast, easy and YUMMY recipes!
I have made all of the kids friendly recipes for my kids and they have LOVED them!
I have also made all of the smoothie recipes and they are Delicious! I am looking forward to the warmer months ahead to make lots more of these yummy recipes!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this book, not only does it have so many delicious and family friendly recipes but it has beautifully presented pictures to go with it which for me is a winner because I’m one of those people who eats with their eyes and if i see a recipe that looks delish, I NEED to try it 😉

The healthy spring and summer cookbook is so great! During these warmer months, we socialise quite a bit and find ourselves at a lot of bbqs too.
For me, bbqs have never really been a healthy occasion but thanks to this book it is now possible! There are yummy and healthy recipes that I can cook so I can socialise and feel good about my meal choices.
I also love the kids section of the book. I have such a fussy toddler and I just know that he will love these recipes, I also like that the book suggests ways that he could help in the kitchen to which he loves to do.
This book is packed with useful information and recipes, and also heaps of smoothie recipes which I am a huge fan of. I could say so much more that I love about this book but I would run out of room!

I just wanted to say how much I LOVE the new Spring & Summer cookbook! Our favorite recipe is the warm beef salad which is amazing!
All the recipes are delicious and easy as always.
Also love the 3 day cleanse- such a great way to get back into healthy eating habits by giving your body a fresh start!
