This 28 day challenge hasn’t been the easiest for me (personal reasons) that’s for sure but one thing is I NEVER gave up! And that’s a huge deal.
Being a motivating mum has been a fantastic experience being able to share my journey with over 30 thousand mums and I hope I was able to inspire some of the wonderful ladies.

Over the month I overcame a lot of mental barriers and I’m proud to say I only gave in to bad food once!
I didn’t let it get me down or stop me from achieving my goals, I just got back on board the next morning and that’s what counts in the end.
I set out to lose 2-3 kilos over the month and I lost 1 kilo, it wasn’t my goal but I’m pretty proud of that 1 kilo because with that I also lost 8 cm over my body and that’s more then what I’ve lost for the whole year!
Being a motivating mum has definitely kept me accountable food and exercise wise and I have loved it!
It has been a great challenge for me to prove to thousands of other ladies that you can do it!
You sometimes need to push yourself that little bit extra and to not give up on yourself because in the end there was a reason that made you want to start this journey so you just need to remind yourself of that at times.
This month I achieved a 1 kilo loss I also wore swimmers for the first time since losing 25 kilos and I also was able to fit back into my size 10 work pants!!
They have been far too tight for me to wear for a long time now so fitting back into them and feeling confident is amazing!
Keep going ladies- no matter what your goals are or how long it takes!
