Hello Again Mummies,
I have finally made it into the 60s and have lost a further 2.7kilos this month. I am now 68.3kg taking my weight loss to 12.7kilos. I still have another 8.3kilos to lose to reach my goal weight of 60 kilos but I know I can do it.
My mantra this last week has been “I’m not giving up, I’m not giving in”. I had a hectic weekend away and this morning the kids were tired as was I. All I wanted to do was go back to bed and in the past I would have made all sorts of excuses to not exercise. But I found myself sucking it up, putting my work out clothes on, getting the kids ready and off to my regular class at the gym.
My husband said to me last week that he has never seen me be so committed to my diet and clean eating. This is completely true, I feel like each week it gets easier to eat clean and exercise. I couldn’t do it without Lose Baby Weight, I love the Facebook support group and I am grateful to all of you that post your stories on there, it’s so inspiring.
Through Lose Baby Weight I also feel like I am constantly learning about food and how to eat well. I can also see that I am now passing this onto my children. I am taking my 5 year old on a fun run in a few weeks. It’s 5 km and I have been training her, I’m impressed at how well she is doing and we both can’t wait for the fun run.
Being a Motivating Mum this month has really helped me to go to the next level and I have increased my exercise. I recommend applying to be a motivating mum it really will help support your weight loss journey and hopefully take it but a notch like it has for me.
Don’t give up, don’t give in!
