So….the question is why do I want to be a Lose Baby Weight motivating mum for April??
My answer: I believe in being healthy not only for yourself but also for your children (family). Exercise can be fun and you can involve your children. As a mother of two I feel that I can be a motivating mum of the month is like never getting up when it gets too hard and I believe this is the best way to lose weight on the healthy mummy weight loss plans

Hi, my name is Kadie and I am one of your motivating mums for the month of April. I started on my Lose Baby Weight journey back in November 2012 who like any normal person wanted to look great on my wedding day (February 2013). I found the lose baby weight healthy mummy smoothies worked exceptionally well  and lost a total of 10kgs .   Then when I saw a photo of myself in June that I wanted to change my life for the better and for my two children. This is when I started on my new challenge to lose weight and get to my goal weight….And I have now lost 19kg on the weight loss plans from Lose Baby Weight
My starting weight and measurements in June:

  • Weight: 102.7 kgs
  • Hips: 124.5 cms
  • Waist: 105.5 cms
  • Chest: 111 cms

My weight in the beginning of March:

  • Weight: 83.7 kgs
  • Hips: 115.2 cms
  • Waist: 98.2 cms
  • Chest: 101 cms

This has been a hard journey but it’s so worth it….. Together with my Lose Baby Weight shakes (My favourite is ½ banana, Strawberries, 250mls light milk, 6 ice cubes and 2 tbsps. Vanilla  LBW smoothie powder), also using some yummy healthy eating meal plans from LBW Facebook page I have been able to stick to a diet that is not only very yummy but easy to follow. My exercise daily routine would either be a gym work out or my wii fit. Plus I love going for a walk but I am looking forward to trying the Lose Baby Weight exercise DVD.
I have 10 kgs to go to get to my goal weight and I’m hoping with all of your support and motivation we can do it together so we can all become sexy mummies again and fell great within ourselves. I would like to thank LBW for giving me this opportunity for being a motivating mum for April and I hope that I can be voice for ALL the other beautiful mummies out there and for giving me the will power to keep going but to also have my voice heard.
