Ingredients

  • 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 2 x tbsp of Avocado
  • 2 x kiwi fruit
  • 1 x large handful of spinach
  • 250ml of Almond milk (you can use any low fat milk)
