I would just like to say a huge thank you for creating such an amazing program to lose post baby weight.
I started with the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan when my son turned 8 weeks, and followed it with no problems at all! I then have continued on repeating recipes and sticking to the same structure.
It’s opened my eyes to what I CAN have rather than what I can’t! I’ve now changed my whole way of thinking about food and I treat it as a lifestyle rather than another diet… I’ve now lost 9.6kg in 8 weeks, I could not be happier.
I’ve signed up for the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge  and I’m looking forward to all the amazing food!
