This smoothie is packed full of antioxidants which are fantastic to include into any healthy eating plan.
Lose Baby Weight- Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy smoothie mix (vanilla or strawberry would work)
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 100g dragonfruit
  • 30g strawberries
  • 30g blueberries
  • 10g baby spinach (could add more, I didn’t want to change the colour too much)
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • 15g avocado
  • Ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins until it is well combined
