I am 36 and have 4 children, twins aged 13, a 2 year old and a 7 month old. Since August last year I have lost 16kg of post baby weight using what I believe is the best way to lose weight – which is the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plans –  and have 10kg to go to reach my first goal of 68kg, which was my pre-pregnancy weight from my last 2 children
My ultimate post baby weight goal is 58kg which is what I weighed when I had my twins. I remember feeling really good at that weight and am very determined to get there again.

I hope to inspire Mums to never give up on their goals and to jump over any hurdles that get in there way. Over the next month I hope to show everyone that you are never too busy to eat healthy foods and exercise. I take time out each day to plan and record what I am going to eat and what exercise I am going to do. I do up a rough plan on Sundays before we go shopping so that I know I have everything I need on hand. But every day is different and has its challenges so I usually plan one day at a time.
I fit in exercise most days, walking, short runs when hubby finishes work, 20min weight session at home and 1 day a week I go to the gym. I mostly do 10-20min HIIT at home when 1 or both of the kids are asleep during the day. It’s a real boost and feel like I have done something for myself every time I do it. I found that it wasn’t until I started lifting weights a couple of times each week, my body started to change shape and the cm started coming off. I try to meet up with a friend once a week as well, to do some sprints and hill runs. One will stay with the kids while the other runs and it is great to get out of the house. I can’t wait to try the Healthy Mummy exercise DVD and think it will really fit into my schedule well.
To date I have lost my weight by eating a healthy balanced diet and exercising however and whenever I can, most days of the week. I have a Lose Baby Weight shake every morning and sometimes of an afternoon, my morning shake will nearly always have a lime, light coconut milk and chia seeds in it with fruit and rice or oat milk. Every week I plan my meals using the 28 day diet and exercise plan and also the recipes that are on the website and e-mails. I have never had one complaint from anyone in the family about the meals, they are always delicious and there is something to suit everyone’s tastebuds. Little do they know that they are healthy too!
I lost 30kg after my last pregnancy and 40kg with the twins, so I know that I can do it and if I can, anyone can, because I have to fight for every kilo and it is definitely worth it, when you put those skinny jeans on and they fit again ☺

I have heaps of energy and less hair loss, I am never hungry and the weight is coming off – it is the best way to lose weight.
