My name is Cherina Ring and I am a mother of two beautiful girls. I am a Lose Baby Weight Motivating Mum of May, following the Healthy Mummy weight loss plans to lose stomach fat and so far I have lost 8 kilograms
I started the Lose Baby Weight journey only in February 2014 and I was 61 kilograms. My weight loss goal is to reach 50 kilograms and I am now close to my goal weight.
I am so happy and proud of myself because of what I have achieved through out this journey by following the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Plan. By using the Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD has helped me a lot to tone up many parts of my body. I also do my daily exercise by running or walking whilst pushing my kids in the pram
I am now feeling more fit and am a healthier mum for my kids. They are my inspirations and motivations to keep going and reach my weight loss goal and become an even healthier, happier and more fit mum.
I really enjoy the Healthy Mummy smoothies. I always have them for my breakfast or lunch and I have a few favourites like:
