Hi I’m Chelona I’m 32 and mum to 3 beautiful kids aged 9, 2 & 1 and I have been using Lose Baby Weight and the Healthy Mummy since late August 2014.
I started by finding Lose Baby Weight online and joined as a free member, using the tools that are available spiked my enthusiasm and I wanted more so I ordered the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan along with a tub of vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie and to my surprise it was at my door the next day. While scrolling through my new favorite website I found that there is a Facebook support page!
The support of all the wonderful women and administrators of the page pointed me in the direction of the online 28 Day Challenges that are run every 2 months. My first challenge was in September 2014 and I will admit I hardly stuck to it but still learned so much and the weight kept coming off.
Each challenge since has not failed to surprise me with the improvements in tools, ease of the exercise to do at home and quick and easy meals that my family love. I am now a challenge addict and get excited when the menus are released, love the accomplishment I feel when completing the exercises as before Lose Baby Weight I hadn’t exercised since I was 15.
I am a subscribing member of Lose Baby Weight and have access to all past challenges and giving me the tools I need to exercise in the comfort of my home and an endless catalogue of recipes to feed my family healthy nutritious meals.
I am not at my goal weight or fitness but am well on my way having lost 14.5kg since starting my journey.
I have had my ups and downs emotionally and physically along the way and expect there to be more to come and look forward to sharing my journey.
