My name is Bronte, I am a 24 year old mum to 2 gorgeous girls, a 4 month old and a 3.5 year old.
I am a confident, fun, positive, genuine, supportive and dedicated healthy mummy.
I have followed Lose Baby Weight and The Healthy Mummy for 3+ years now and have absolutely fallen in love with it.
Not a fad diet, but real living!
Regularly getting sick and just feeling so uncomfortable in my clothes, I knew something had to change. I wasn’t happy and I constantly felt embarrassed. This wasn’t what my daughter, partner or even I deserved.
In all honesty, I started with the free recipes and tips, because I really didn’t know where else to begin.
Through you, you’re company and team, my life has completely changed and I am forever grateful!
To this date, I have lost 22kg.

20kg of this was lost and maintained over 18 months. This included toning up, allowing me to feel amazing on my wedding day October 10th 2014!
I was then lucky enough to manage a healthy pregnancy for 9 months. We had our 2nd daughter on the 10th of July 2015 (yes, exactly 9 months after our wedding haha!). And I swear that the healthy lifestyle changes made my labour SO much easier, so thank you!

Since reaching the safe 6 weeks postpartum, I decided it was finally time to start a challenge and the smoothies. I did so and fell even more in love with LBW and THM. I am still wondering why I left it so long!
I have been on the challenges and smoothies from that moment and have since lost another 2kg, toned up all over and I am so close to my goal weight.
One of my favourite concepts about THM and LBW, is that this is a maintainable lifestyle, not just a fad diet.
It is truly teaching us how to live life in a healthy, maintainable and versatile way.
BUT the weight isn’t even the most important to me or my family. The most important change, is that I am a completely new person in the best way possible.
Not only am I fitter, stronger and healthier, but I am now confident and so incredibly positive!
Through the Facebook group and joining the challenges, I have a new found confidence that is just shining through.
My family and friends love it because it rubs off on them and it means I get to be a great role model for my girls. And we know how easily girls can have warped self vision!
