Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp strawberry flavour healthy mummy smoothie
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 to 1.5 cup of coconut water (energy boost, coconut water is a natural form of electrolytes)
  • Quarter cup of frozen berries
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice for a fresh zesty zing

Blend for 2-3 minutes
