Wow, it’s halfway through the month already!
I wish I could say I’ve been perfect, but the reality is I haven’t. I haven’t gone out and had take-away or asked hubby to bring me home a bucket of ice cream, but I have over-portioned a mug cake here and there.
But that’s okay. I’ve made sure I’ve worked twice as hard the next day. Sometimes I wish I had more self control, and it’s something I’m working on.
I have days when my anxiety just washes over me. I’m not perfect. But I always know when I need support I have the whole Healthy Mummy Community out there to cheer me on.
I am so so glad to be a part of a group of mums who love and support one another and don’t judge.
I am loving my journey to a happier, healthier me. I love that I have more energy to want to play with my kids.
And I love that I get to share it all with you!
