As the weather becomes cooler here are a few healthy mummy smoothie recipes that are are ice free and can even be drunk warm so may be just what you are looking for on a cold morning over the winter months.
Banana & Cinnamon Smoothie
- 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 shake of ground cinnamon
- 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk
METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy . This can also be put into the microwave or heated up in a pan once blended to be drunk warm
Berry Mania Smoothie
- 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie strawberry flavour
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbsp of oatmeal
- 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk
METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy
Choc Mocha Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of decaf coffee
- 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk

Carrot Super Smoothie
- 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie vanilla flavour
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 250ml of carrot juice
METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy
Hot Coconut Chocolate
- 1/2 a banana
- 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
- 200ml of low fat milk or low fat chocolate soy milk
- 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
METHOD: Blend in a blender. This can also be put into the microwave or heated up in a pan once blended to be drunk warm
