Q. How much weight have you lost in total?
A. 43.6kgs

Q. How many kids do you have?
A. 3

Q. How have you found the Healthy Mummy/Lose Baby Weight program so different to others?
A. I found it really easy to follow, the recipes are delicious and healthier alternatives to many favourites. It has taught me how to cook yummy, healthy nutritious meals that my whole family loves.

It has taught me how to fit in exercise throughout the day and slowly build up my energy. The amazing support from Lose Baby Weight and over 16,000 mums on the support group.

Q. Tell us what you love about the healthy mummy smoothies most
A. I find the smoothies give me boost of energy, they are filling, quick, convenient and delicious to make. I love how the recipes are endless and I never get bored.

Q. For someone just starting out what is your top advice
A. Look at it as a lifestyle change, don’t focus on the scales but focus more on your health. If you slip up,tomorrow is a new day, write it off and start again. Don’t be shy and try new foods. Keep trying new exercises to find something you like.

Q. How did you stay motivated
A Feeling a difference in myself, feeling more energised, being able wear clothes I could never wear before, feeling more confident.


Q. What inspiration would you give someone who doesn’t know where to start?
A I started off following the 28 Day Challenge, it really inspired me to cook healthy, exercise and believe that I could keep doing this.

Q. How does it feel to be 44kg lighter?
A. AMAZING! I feel so much more confident in myself, I’m alot more happier, more energised, I want to get out more and run around with my kids, I feel fantastic!

A. 1)  I can buy clothes off the rack.
2) I have more energy to run around with my kids.
3) I’m more confident in myself.
4) My lower back problems have improved heaps. No more pain.

Q. Would you recommend the plans to other mums
A.  Yes I highly recommend doing the plans as it is really easy to follow and the foods are family friendly.
