The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge week 1 meal plans and shopping lists are released on August 28 and the week 1 exercise plans are released on August 31.
And what we all know, is one of the BIGGEST reasons for succeeding in any weight loss plan is motivation. And when you take part in the Challenge you will be doing it with literally 1000’s of other mums and make sure you join our Private Group to see all the constant food/exercise/motivation posts that will be happening over the Challenge.
