Marie Dautun has sent in her tasty healthy mummy smoothie recipe as part of our Smoothie Of The Week competition.
Warm Strawberry Pie Smoothie
- 2tbsp healthy mummy vanilla smoothie mix
- 2tbsp rolled oats
- 250ml skim milk (or use half full cream milk half water)
- 100g (3/4 cup) fresh sliced strawberries
- Sprinkle of cinnamon, or vanilla extract or almond extract.
Blitz smoothie mix, milk and rolled oats (and cinnamon or vanilla if you like). Microwave for 2 or 3 minutes until you get a custard consistency (I know, completely decadent). Microwave 2 minutes, add the berries.
