Hi Lose Baby Weight, I just wanted to share my favourite healthy mummy smoothie concoction which is so easy to make and extremely tasty and keeps you feeling full for ages.
Vanilla Latte Smoothie
- 2 tbsp healthy mummy vanilla smoothie mix
- 200ml low fat milk
- 1 small scoop so good soy bliss vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot cooled espresso coffee (I stick mine in the freezer for 10 mins)
- 5 ice cubes
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Whizz together, pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with a little cinnamon
It’s my favourite way to start the day!
