  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit mix
  • 1tbsp coconut yoghurt


  • Only use half coconut yoghurt if you want to top your smoothie with the other half of coconut yoghurt
  • Blend all ingredients until well combined, around 2-3 mins
  • Top with the remaining yoghurt and shredded coconut is optional
