A big thank you to motivating mum Ash Petroff for sending in her yummy smoothie recipe using the Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix.
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit mix
- 1tbsp coconut yoghurt
Method
- Only use half coconut yoghurt if you want to top your smoothie with the other half of coconut yoghurt
- Blend all ingredients until well combined, around 2-3 mins
- Top with the remaining yoghurt and shredded coconut is optional
